PolicesHere at The Garden Wellness Center, we have a few policies that you should be informed of.Cancelation
Should you cancel your appointment prior to the day of your appointment you will not be charged any fee. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment the same day you will be responsible for 50% of the cost of the service. Should you not call or show up or we have to call you, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of your services.Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered or cancellation fees charged. However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will do everything possible to make things right if you are not completely satisfied with your experience.Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your appointment you will only get the remaining of your time as to not inconvenience any appointment after yours.Covid 19 Protocol
If on the day of your appointment, you do not feel well in any way, please cancel your appointment. You will not be charged for late cancellations.We strongly suggest clients wear masks to help prevent the spread of any sickness. Our therapist is trained to perform all services with the client completely dressed, if you are more comfortable that way. You will be instructed to undress to your comfort level at the start of your session.What about parking?
There is a reserved parking spot in the lot beside the building as well as paid street parking in front of the building and two hour parking on the left side of Patrick St and Prince St Street parking is $1.75 per hour with a two hour maximum.Are you on the bus line?
The Dash bus 30, 31, and King Street Trolley all stop at the King St and Patrick St stop.Why do I need a credit card to reserve my appointment?
By booking an appointment with The Garden Wellness Center you are acknowledging our same day cancelation policy and authorizing the enforcement of said policy. Each Massage will be customized to the clients specific needs. Massages can include Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage techniques. Prenatal massage is available.

Cupping TherapyWhat is cupping therapy?
Cupping therapy is an alternative medicine in which a therapist uses special cups to create suction. Cupping has many benefits, including helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Plexiglass cups are used with a handheld pump to create suction that allows for increased circulation. Cupping can be used not only for relaxation but the treatment of injury and the breaking up of scar tissue. Unlike fire cupping used by acupuncturists, suction cups tend to not leave those recognizable round bruises.
What is Face and Sinus Drainage?
Glass cups with hand suction pumps are used on the face and neck to help promote circulation, reduce puffiness and inflammation, drain sinuses, and help with stagnant lymph. This gentle service is relaxing and will not leave marks on the face or neck.

Seated Massage
The Garden Wellness Center can bring wellness to your office or event. Massage chairs can be set up in any office, conference room, or event space for anywhere from 2 to 6 hours. Each therapist can support up to 23 attendees with 15-minute sessions or 34 with 10-minute sessions. We do the work for you by sending you a sign-up sheet with therapist breaks already built in! Just send the sheet around to your staff or eventgoers. Great for before weddings, birthdays, family functions, appreciation days, and wellness days.
